Donation Application
Thank you for your interest in donating to the United Council on Welfare Fraud
At UCOWF, we don’t just raise awareness of the extent that fraud exists in federally-funded safety net programs — we advocate for common sense solutions to reduce fraud. Solutions we have offered have found their way into Congressional legislation that improves the program guardrails protecting our most vulnerable citizens and taxpayers from welfare program thieves in all 50 states and territories.
Through our yearly National Training Conference, UCOWF provides specialized training aimed at preventing, detecting, investigating, prosecuting, and recovering fraud and abuse in our nation’s safety net programs. Our training targets welfare fraud investigators, their supervisors, and specialists in state and county agencies that administer these programs. Sharpening the unique professional skills needed by those on the front lines fighting welfare fraud across the country is a major focus of UCOWF.
Equally important to advocacy and professional development training in the fight against welfare fraud, UCOWF serves as an information hub that promotes collaboration among investigators across the nation. Whether it is finding a colleague for investigative help in another state or sharing trends and warning signs of emerging schemes during our quarterly fraud calls, UCOWF aims to keep the pressure on fraudsters through the synergy of collaboration.
UCOWF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, funded solely by member fees and dues, national conference revenue, and donations.
By partnering with UCOWF through a gift, you help our efforts to continue sealing cracks in the firewalls that were created to stop fraud in federal welfare programs and help us fight against new ones forming. Help us keep American taxpayers and our vulnerable citizens that depend on these programs from being victimized by thieves.
Thank you for partnering with UCOWF!
